Recently, I had an appointment at the New Orleans Bliss Bridal location, and I was completely blown away by the incredible service from start to finish. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we were welcomed with water and champagne — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole experience.

Alexa was absolutely amazing! She truly listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful and insightful advice, and even made me consider things I wouldn’t have thought about on my own. Both Alexa and Virginia were so hands-on — they had me try on a variety of dresses, which really helped me narrow down my likes and dislikes. Their process was fast, efficient, and SO helpful in finding the perfect dress.

The dress I found is everything I dreamed of: timeless yet unique — something that really stands out in the best way. The entire staff was welcoming, supportive, and made me feel special from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.

Chey is the best, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. My bonus daughter accompanied me and we had a great time. I went back this afternoon to try my dress on again and I’m happy to say I walked out with my dress secured! These dresses are fabulous and their service is outstanding.
